Deputy Prime Minister Sar Kheng Recovers from Covid-19

PHNOM PENH: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sar Kheng has recovered from Covid-19 after five days of treatment.

On the morning of May 17, 2023, he announced on his Facebook page, "Today I am Covid-19 free after following the health guidelines during which I self-isolated for five days, exercised and received treatment.”

Deputy Prime Minister Sar Kheng announced that he had tested positive for Covid-19 on May 12th, at which time he made apologies for cancellations due to his illness.

Following his recovery, the Deputy Prime Minister will resume his public duties to serve the nation and the people.

He thanked the Cambodian doctors for their advice and treatment, and also thanked his peers for their support and concern for him.
